Our guests are always at the centre of our attention and as such we have chosen to assist them from 
the very first moment of contact to ensure that their experience is always unique and the best it can be.

A good information service, a system that allows direct bookings to be made quickly and easily, and 
an efficient and flexible reception service are all considered essential.

We also believe it is equally important to offer, free of charge, a range of services and activities 
aimed at relaxation and leisure so that our guests can fully enjoy their free time.


Information and Assistance

The descriptions and photos are very precise and accurate, and should allow you to choose an 
apartment for your stay independently and at your leisure, but please do not hesitate to contact us if
you wish – it will be a pleasure to help you make your choice!
You will have access to useful information about the house, excursions, restaurants and shops, but 
also how to prepare a good carbonara, spaghetti with truffles, how to organise and take part in the 
various activities on offer, either individually or with other guests: bowls, table tennis, archery ... and
every now and again a wine-tasting and sampling of local produce, a barbecue, etc.

Relaxation and leisure

Swimming pool


The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and is open from May to September depending 
on the weather.
The swimming pool area includes the pool itself, which has the following dimensions:
  - length 15 m
  - width 7 m
  - depth 1.5 m
The paved and lawned areas for sunbathing cover 100 sq m altogether and have sunbeds, deckchairs 
and umbrellas to accommodate 20-25 people.
The small bar with tables and chairs is open for self-service.

Relax

Next to the swimming pool area, in the shade of a beautiful old oak tree, is a small open-air lounge.

This is an ideal place to relax for a few moments and enjoy the natural surroundings or to settle 
down with a good book.

Archery

In a safe area of the grounds, it is possible to practise archery at amateur level.

There are two targets and our guests can hire bows and arrows free of charge from the staff.

Bowls


Do you fancy a quick game of bowls?
All you need to do is get ready - the bowling balls are available to you free of charge!

Darts

Whether you want to have fun on your own or challenge someone to a game, all you need to do is 
say how many darts you need and you will be given them.

Barbecue

What a pleasure it is to organize a nice barbecue!
You will be offered advice as to the best local meats and other local produce to buy, and you will be given help to coll ect wood and to get the fire.
You will have also informations regarding food and wine tastings and tours of local restaurants, producers and shops where you can find local Umbrian food.

Playground

For the enjoyment of our younger guests, a play area has been set up in the highest part of the property near wonderful tall oak trees.

The area is equipped with a slide and two swings for children and also deckchairs for parents.

 Ping Pong

How about a ping pong match?

A lovely table, the bats and the balls are available for you in the area next to the swimming pool.

Discovering Umbria

There are many excursions, tours or visits you can organize during your stay, with our assistance if 

required.

If you are interested in visiting medieval villages or towns rich in art, history and culture, you can go 

on half-day excursions to Perugia, Spello, Assisi, Spoleto and Foligno, or full-day trips to Rome, 

Florence and Ancona, taking advantage of the convenient fast trains.

But you must not forget one of the most important highlights of our region: our exquisite food and 

wine. You will be able to enjoy wine - tastings at the local vineyards and try delicious Umbrian cuisine 

in the many local bars and restaurants.
