The Buddleja is an exclusive apartment that enhances the large interior spaces, the functionality and the elegance of the finishes, ideal for large families or a group of friends.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, has an independent entrance and a private outdoor courtyard of 100 square meters equipped with patio, outdoor equipment and panoramic views.

The very large apartment has an area of 180 m2 and includes:
1) a kitchen with an equipped piece of furniture including a stove, five burners and sink, fridge and freezer column, dishwasher, electric oven, and an island cabinet with large drawers and electric kettle, toaster, kit of pots, cutlery and crockery for 8 occupiers;
2) a laundry adjacent to the kitchen includes a laundry sink, a washing machine and a drying rack;
3) a dining and living area that includes tables and seats up to a maximum of 8 seats, a double sofa bed, two leather sofas, a satellite TV with a 50 "flat screen and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, an anteroom with sink and bathroom with shower;
4) two very large bedrooms with double king-size beds, a two-door wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, two armchairs and a beautiful writing table and large window with panoramic views. (Possibility to add two additional beds);
another bedroom which can be set up with two single beds or a double bed.
Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer.
4) Kitchen, dining, bathroom and bed linen is supplied with weekly change.

The apartment has independent heating. and has both internal and external WiFi.

According to our environmental policy, bins are available for separate collection.
