The Villa is the ideal location for groups of friends and relatives who are looking for a holiday in the countryside and in peace or who want to celebrate an event to remember, an important anniversary, a happy birthday, but also to spend Christmas or New Year in Umbria. from Perugia, Assisi, Spello and Foligno.

The villa surrounded by its vast fully fenced private park, away from other homes offers privacy and freedom.
By integrating the housing capacities of the individual apartments, it allows to perfectly combine the need for a large common room for all social activities but at the same time to offer all the comfort and privacy of private housing units.
During the summer all the services and activities in the villa are available in private and exclusive form, of particular interest is the swimming pool, solarium and tasting area, where aperitifs, tastings and anything else can be organized, with the possible involvement of private chefs or catering companies.

In winter the common room on the ground floor offers a spacious living room with three large sofas and armchairs, a 50 "flat screen TV, for moments of conversation or relaxation next to the large wood-burning fireplace. While the kitchen and lounge dining room, which can be arranged according to the needs of the group, can accommodate the occupants for the appropriate libations.
